DG Counseling is offering a special package of Mindfulness and Meditation sessions to help mitigate the complicated emotions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
DGC clinician Gabriela De La Mora specializes in mindfulness and meditation and utilizes the power of sound in her practice. Both individual and groups will be offered through a virtual platform with the aim of quelling anxiety, stress and struggle during these unprecedented times in which the coronavirus has created worry and affected our sense of normalcy while quarantining.
