With schools and businesses closed to address the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, anxiety can be high with the uncertainty of the next several weeks and months.
To directly address the coronavirus travel concern, DG Counseling clinicians are offering phone sessions and virtual sessions through thera-Link— a platform where clients can work with their therapist from their homes via computer or mobile device. DG Counseling therapists are still seeing clients in the Downer’s Grove, Glen Ellyn and Chicago offices and taking necessary safety/wellness precautions to maintain a clean and healthy therapeutic environment.
Additionally, DG Counseling clinicians are offering their services for an on-call support line for anyone who is struggling emotionally or looking to process their feelings about the coronavirus situation.
To set up a 30-minute session during a certain timeframe, text a DGC clinician and they will confirm an appointment time and secure necessary insurance information.
The on-call hours are as followed with clinician information:
Victoria Look, LPC: Monday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday 9pm-12am (708-334-5851)
Scott Gleason, LPC: Wednesday 9pm-12pm, Friday 5pm-9pm (815-210-7719)
Dr. Donna Gluck: Monday-Friday, 7am-10am (630-341-3839)
