Cigna (all plans) Medicare Even though DGC is “in Network” with these companies it is important to check with your insurance company to find out your specific policy’s coverage for behavioral health.

We here at DGC believe it is important to give back to the community that supports us.

DGC typically has pre-licensed professional available for in person and virtual appointment. Please contact the office at 630.353.0697 for more information.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. For the first appointment we ask you come a few minutes early to fill out paperwork.

The intake packet is also available here on our website for
you r convenience.


It can be brought in at your first appointment or emailed directly to
dgcofficemanager@gmail.com along with a copy of your insurance card and drivers’ license.

Along with each clinicians profile here on our website our office will do our best to make a good match based on each client’s specific needs. We strive to meet each clients needs, but we understand sometimes counseling can be difficult and a good fit for your needs is extremely important. If for any reason at any time you have concerns or feel
your therapist is not a good fit please reach out to the office, we will discuss it and fit a great fit for you.

Running a little late happens, just keep in mind the allotted appointment time is for you.


It may not be possible to run into someone else’s time slot due to being late. 


Please contact you r counselor to reschedule any appointments. Our company policy here at DGC is we require a minimum of 24hr notice without incurring a charge. 


We charge $125 for no call no show and less than 24hr notice. Incase of extreme emergency it is
imperative to contact your clinician to discuss as soon as possible.
